Guest Blog: Love and Sweet Potatoes

As any animal lover knows, it doesn’t take long for them to steal your heart forever – especially the rescued souls who were given a second chance.  For us, adopting our Dalmatian changed our lives forever.  He got us started in fostering, animal rescue and even led us on a new career path. He is the reason we opened Second Life, a new upscale thrift store in Avondale Estates that benefits homeless pets.

We think the more you know us, the more likely that you will feel comfortable with the thought of us working with you in one of your greatest times of need.  Christine Hunsaker who is the owner of Paws Whiskers and Wags was introducing her team to the audience during our annual Pet Celebration.  It was a great time and a moving experience for everyone in attendance.

Bruce and Virginia were gracious to take a moment to be interviewed as well as being one of the featured speakers during our 2011 Pet Celebration!

Paws Whiskers & Wags offers  24 hour availability to assist pet owners and veterinarians. They provide services that many other companies do not.  Upon request, a copy of the paperwork will be sent to your vet to notify him or her of your loss. In-home removal services may be coordinated as well.  One thing is for certain, you can feel confident leaving the details to Paws Whiskers and Wags.
